Fact is not Fiction

Bruce Jenner is a male olympic gold medal winner, who has been married to 3 different women and has 6 children, two from each wife. HE decided that he wanted to look like a woman, because HE feels like he was meant to be a woman (gender dysphoria). Basically God got it wrong. Interesting thing is Bruce does not really want to act like a woman, HE prefers to keep HIS boy parts so HE can use them on real girls.  Bruce is now labeled a hero, or should I say heroine, because HE was so brave to claim HIS reality and pretend to be a female and grow breasts and put on make up, give HIMself a female name, and tuck his junk.  Really?

He will always be a he. Even if he removes the junk. Reality.

Now I am labeled a transphobic for not accepting the reality Jenner has created that he is a she. Transphobia.

Rachel Dolezal, a caucasian (white) woman decided that she is actually African American (black). She is claiming Transracial Identity.  She identifies with those of black skin because of her adopted siblings. She married a black man and has children with him, half white and half black. Her DNA says she is white. It does not matter how much make up she puts on, how many perms she gets, nor how many children she produced with ‘black’ skin, she is white.  The reality is, when  a black, chinese, indian, mexican, any race is adopted by parents of another race (transracial adoption), the childs DNA does not change to match their parents. Nor do we change our race by marrying someone of a different race. Or living next door to someone of another nationality. Their culture, more than likely will change, but that does not change their race. A red head who colors her hair to brunette, is still a red head, with dyed hair. Reality.

Huffington Post Zeba Blay says transracial identity does not exist and it is wrong to compare Bruce and Rachels life choices. Seems prejudiced to me, if either trans-types existed.  I think it is wrong that SSI considers ones ethnicty the same as one with a disability. I think it is wrong to consider discrimination of homosexuals and racial discrimination the same thing  Homosexuals are choosing an alernate, sinful lifestyle. Being a person of color is nothing to be ashamed of.  I am sure the Huffington would explain their politically correct postmodern selves to be anything but prejudiced. And those like I are radical conservative Christian bigots for calling black black and white white and female female and male male.

What the heck happened to the True Truth? To reality as it is?

Jim Leffel and Dennis McCallum stated in ‘The Death of Truth’ : In the past intolerance meant bigotry or prejudice, that is judging someone or excluding them because of the color of their skin or the ir country of origin, or because of a superficial understanding of what they believe. It also usually implied a desire to use force to oppose other points of view. Intolerance, in the old sense offends most of us. Evangelical Christians have suffered bitterly from intolerance — persecution ranging rom social ridicule to martyrdom. But in post modern usage, intolerance has come to mean simply disagreeing with anyone else’s beliefs. It’s off limits —-‘

Yep.  Those of us who see things for what they are,and point out untruth,  are now intolerant, bigots, fundamentalist.  And those who are not accepting reality for what it is….those who are tolerating everything imaginable are politically correct, accepting and all inclusive, liberal and themselves prejudice of those who stand for the truth.

The truth.

Born male always male.

Born Female always Female.

Coloring your hair or skin does not change your DNA

If you are a citizen of Africa you are African. Of Mexico Mexican, of Indonesia Indonesian, of America, American.

Abortion is killing a life

There is one True God. God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Spirt. GOD. Yaywah. The Great I AM.

If anyone of any nationality, skin color, religion, male or female causes harm or death to another person, they should be punished.

Marriage is a male and female.  Husband and wife.

Men having sex with men, and women having sex with women is wrong

The color of ones skin is not a disability. It is just more or less pigment.

I am not a homophob, racist, intollerant, transphobic,  fundamentalist,  or what  ever those who live in their fantasy worlds, will label me as. I am only stating facts, the truth.  I am not attacking any one, I am stating facts. Just because ‘man’ likes a different reality, does not make it right or true. To accept false as true is to compromise.  Truth is we are who and what we are created to be, by God. We are delusional to think He did wrong, and we can do better.

A while back I had an encounter on a ‘job’ and was feeling all nervous and intimidated about returning to the ‘job’. I wanted to find something to read in my off time, something that if the encounter-er approached I would look all saintly and strong spiritually and be able to ward her off with my facade.  I searched out books to down load, cause I was called in the next day, and found, So Long Insecurity.  I like Beth Moore.  The title though, would not make me look strong, but as an Ebook, it would not show. Actually the whole plan of ‘looking so special and wonderful and secure would be out the window. At least I would have something to concentrate on other than those that made me feel so inferior.   The topic sure seemed to fit, so I down loaded. it. And loved it!!! One of those life changing things, Beth does so often, just for me.

I ended up sending photo shots of pages to a dear friend and she loved what I sent and went out and bought us both the hardback and workbooks!! Our study began, my second read of the book and first of workbook— Holy Moly

God is sooo good. Working all things together for my good.

Insecurity is all about faith and trust. The lack of it. In…… God. Really!!

Beth lacked it, Beth the chick who wrote books and spoke to thousands about faith and trust and doing all things with God. I lacked it, I who know God has given me all I have, saved my son from death, reintroduced me to my bio family, is mine for eternity. You probably lack it some too.  Especially if you are a woman.

WE dont have to be insecure. There is nothing to be insecure about. Our weight, our wrinkles, our idiocies, our failures, our sins, we all got em.  Some cover em better than others, because usually they are even more insecure than the rest.

We have reason to be secure, everyone of us:

We have this treasure in earthen vessels (our imperfect bodies) that the excellence of the power may be of God and NOT of us.

We are hard pressed on every side, yet not crushed

We are perplexed, but not in despair

Persecuted, but not forsaken

Struck down, but not destroyed.

Always, carrying about, in the body, the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life of Jesus also may be manifested IN OUR BODY.   2 Corinthians 4:7-10

We have a treasure in us. We are a treasure. Be secure in that.

Scaredy Cat

Sony pulled the showing of a million dollars movie. Illegal aliens being renamed as documented aliens. Restoring diplomatic relations with Cuba, a communist country. Police standing by watching people looting and burning down businesses, because they were upset over a verdict. Happy Holiday’s being the accepted greeting, instead of Merry Christmas. All of these every day occurrences in America are the result of someone not standing righteously.

A corrupt VP builds a mini empire for himself on the letterhead of a company not owned or financed or founded by himself.
Pockets are lined by under the table deals and pages left out of contracts ,creating expenses that don’t exist.
The wealthy bring donors to to non profit organizations, that are actually owned by themselves, in order to launder their own ill gotten gain.
Expenses for a non existent employee are approved, by the manager who is reaping the benefit from the company credit card.
Far fetched? Who could get by with such things? It happens more often than you think.

How does it happen? The corruption is never really questioned.
The corrupt surround themselves by the corruptible, those with no integrity, those who will sell their souls for … a scrap, a title, some more money, a little bit of worldy power, something they can’t get any other way, cause they are totally inept.
Minions. They don’t ask questions, other than “How do we please YOU?”. They have no integrity. They stand for nothing. They compromise.

Edward Snowden, is not welcome in America. He will be arrested, tried as a traitor, because he stood strong for the truth, for us. He saw something wrong with our government looking into private citizens email, phone records, private online activity, in order to profile and label, in order to threaten and control our freedom. Snowden did not order the invasion of privacy, he is not the only government employee that witnessed this. Someone compromised, many compromised. If you believe Snowden deserves be ostrasized for his whistleblowing, you compromise.

I heard a discussion on the radio concerning Obama taking law into his own hands and breaking it by ignoring the constitution and proclaiming amnesty for all Illegal aliens. It was being said that it was yet more reason to impeach the president. These conservative men were saying the problem with impeaching the president would be the vice president, Biden. Him being the automatic replacement. These men decided it would be better to just endure Obama and his illegal tyranny for a couple more years so as to not have Biden. This is compromise! Allowing wrong, so as to possibly prevent an imagined wrong.

Would you turn a blind eye to the man abusing his wife, because of the sanctity of the marriage, and besides he might end up taking his frustration out on the kids. Accept killing unborn children, because the life they would live with that mother would be far worse than never existing. Stay in ‘your’ church as the preacher reveals a new and more loving way to interpret God’s Word? Yes, we do that. WE compromise! WE compromise, because it is happening, and WE are watching it, part of it.

We are afraid.
Afraid those doing the wrong will retaliate.
Scared that someone with a different opinion will confront.
Frightened we may be the only that is willing to stand, so we will be out on our own. Floating on an ark 40 days and 40 nights.
Terrified we will be asked to leave, to get out of the way, stop making trouble.

It is safer to follow the crowd, follow man. Why risk everything? Why not just leave well enough alone, and let the people in charge take care of it all, even if they are doing it wrong. They will be the ones held accountable anyway.

WE are to stand against evil, wrong, deceptions, even if it is to one in ‘authority’. They are JUST men.

What the world needs now is not love sweet love. What the world needs now is INTEGRITY.

5Thus says the Lord : “Cursed is the man who trusts in man And makes flesh his strength, Whose heart departs from the Lord. For he shall be like a shrub in the desert, And shall not see when good comes, But shall inhabit the parched places in the wilderness, In a salt land which is not inhabited. (Jeremiah 17:5, 6 NKJV)

The fear of man brings a snare, But whoever trusts in the Lord shall be safe. (Proverbs 29:25 NKJV)

Oh, taste and see that the Lord is good; Blessed is the man who trusts in Him! (Psalms 34:8 NKJV)

Do not put your trust in princes, Nor in a son of man, in whom there is no help. (Psalms 146:3 NKJV)

Look! You are trusting in the staff of this broken reed, Egypt, on which if a man leans, it will go into his hand and pierce it. So is Pharaoh king of Egypt to all who trust in him. (Isaiah 36:6 NKJV)

Evil men do not understand justice, But those who seek the Lord understand all. (Proverbs 28:5 NKJV)

Blessed are you when men hate you, And when they exclude you, And revile you, and cast out your name as evil, For the Son of Man’s sake. (Luke 6:22 NKJV)

Yes, and all who desire to live godly in Christ Jesus will suffer persecution. But evil men and impostors will grow worse and worse, deceiving and being deceived. But you must continue in the things which you have learned and been assured of, knowing from whom you have learned them, and that from childhood you have known the Holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. (II Timothy 3:12-15 NKJV)

Don’t be a coward.

Im Gonna Eat Worms.

IMG_1635Nobody loves me. Everybody hates me. Im gonna eat some worms. Fat ones.Skinny ones. Oh how they wiggle and squirm.

Finally I am bothering to check in to my blog(S). I split my original Delete Wheat, into two. Adding this blog, so yew’s guy’s could go and be all business and gluten free at one and then all up close and personal with this one. I want to develop my ‘business’ of gluten free coaching and such more, and figure to be more professional I need to remove my rants and raves. Though to get to the ‘me’ blog it is just a right hand click away on the Delete Wheat site.

Since the change I think I have posted only once on each. Not so good. And I wonder why no one visits me anymore. I have said nothing new!!

But you would think some newbies would have taken time out of their busy schedules. Left their family gatherings at Thanksgiving. Put aside the Christmas candle lighting. Ignored the family that traveled miles to visit. Put that project with the deadline looming aside, another day, to read MY thoughts, MY opinions, My expertise in gluten free living. But Nooooooo. No one has darkened the door of my ‘I’m Not So Petty’ site.

You HATE ME. But I will change that. Soon. You will be reading both and everyday, and will be begging me to do more!! I know it.

Now that I think about it…. Eating worms is not necessary. You may not actually hate me. Besides it is really really cold out side and I don’t think there is a worm to be found.

Back From Out There

I have been missing in action. Kind of.IMG_5162
Here in the blog world I have been.
In the outer limits, though, I have been most busy and active and goin and blown. That world where I have to walk around and have one on one conversation. Interact. Fix things. Pay bills. Pull weeds. Reprimand. Drive. Clean toilets. Say goodbye to loved ones. Mourn. Dance. Lose cats. Travel. Lose weight. Gain weight. Tutor. Fight city hall. Reveal. Buy coffee makers. Enjoy family. Swim. Birthday people. Cook meals. Watch mind numbing TV. Argue. Make up. Entertain. Get new cat. Replace pool plumbing. Watch from afar. Wonder where all the time goes and when I will ever get to working on the blog(s) again.

I have decided to change my website/blog- I am not longer JUST I have now. Where you are now reading.

My changing the world to gluten free one post at a time got jumbled up with my rants, raves, Bible studies, birthdays and other outer limit goings on I need to share.

I want to be more ‘professional’ on the delete It is serious business, changing the world to be gluten free. I want to step up my business, which is not much more than a good idea right now. I don’t think peoples will want me to coach them into a life of gluten freedom, or a restaurant will hire me to train their staff, based on my post my dogs or grandkids or my last rabbit chasing.

So now my fans have a choice of which to read first. The life and times, of I’m not so Petty, or getting the info they need to live gluten free with Delete Wheat.

I am making up for lost time by giving two venues for ME. Woo Hoo!!

My 2013 Christmas Present

After much whining and begging and repeated searches on Craigslist Keith said I could replace my/not mine but my grandmothers piano that was given to mom for me, but my brother got when mom died ,piano. I like to plink a bit, t and find some kind of peace wasting time trying to play piano. AND I saw some really cool upright antiques on Pinterest that were painted and looked soooo cute and would go so well on that wall…. Keith though is too practical and in his universe he see’s no use for a big hunk of heaviness for a bit of plinking. So his giving in to my impractical desires, was/is huge!!

I thought this would be easy and cheap, it seems someone I know is always giving away or getting free pianos. Pianos are  in craigslist for free and under $100. Advertising they sounded good, might need a little tuning. Heck, the one I had was not tuned in over 50 years and it sounded amazing. In this piano shopping I have found that “need tuning’ means missing keys, the wires that exist are tied up to each other, and antique of course mean beat up piece of crap.

Last week we woke up early on Saturday, , so we decided to drive to Lubbock (just over 100 miles away)to check out a couple of the ‘need’s tuning’ pianos there.  Bust. What keys played, damaged our hearing.  While in town we searched some more, realizing we may have to up the amount spent.  We found a gorgeous looking piano on Craigslist, but at this point knew looks were usually deceiving. We contacted the guy, turned out he was in Plano, not returning for a couple of days.  We decided to do a bit of Christmas shopping, head home and then come back in a week.  All this time in Lubbock we are hauling the flatbed trailer to ‘get’ our piano.  We hauled it back home empty. Did not even get to go to Costco, cause they close at 6 on Saturday- Bummer

We talk to the pretty piano guy during the week and are pretty sure this is the piano, it is gorgeous. He describes that it was last tuned about 15 years ago and he does not play, just has the piano for the furniture piece that it is.  My logic goes back to the lack of tuning my old piano had and it playing good. I KNOW it will be right. Keith has his doubts.

Thursday night, Lee, our oldest says he has heard it is to rain in Lubbock on Friday, and maybe we should borrow a covered trailer from friends. Weird, our forecast has just said we would be in the 50-60 and dry and sunny until after Christmas. We checked out the Uhaul rentals in Lubbock, the Uhaul center confirms having covered trailers available, I ask Keith if we should reserve, he said “No, they will have them tomorrow, besides we were not sure we would get the piano.” He might not be, but I am sure.

Friday morning we get up and get ready to run to the Christmas play of two of the grandkids, and check the forecast which says Midland and Lubbock both have 90% chance of rain.  I call my friend with the covered trailer, her house is right next to the school . Her son borrowed the trailer this week and has not brought it back, but we could pick it up at his house. Keith says ” The rain is not suppose to come till late, maybe tonight, we can rent a covered one in Lubbock, we still don’t know if we are buying”   We go to the play- The weather is cold, but it does not look like rain at all, it will be fine.

We discuss how ‘we’ will move it, the now owner said he would help a bit, but he sounded a bit iffy on his ability to actually be of help. Keith said ” With the dolly and straps he was pretty sure we could get it, as long as we had not big steps to maneuver . And he had contacted a guy that would come help us move it for $100, but we are not sure we are getting it, we will call him when we decide.

We get to Lubbock for an early lunch and go to our favorite Pei Wei and have our favorite Gluten free shrimp sdkfss. The weather is dry and cold.  We come out and Keith is grumping, because we should have brought our flat bed trailer.  We call the guy and tell him we are a bit early, he says come on over. When we get to his place we see that he is moving, not just going to be out of town beginning in two days. The piano is what we hoped for, Keith tries to get him to come down, just for the game of bartering, he won’t budge. We tell him we are going to go get a trailer, and explain why we did not bring ours, though it does not look like rain, just cold overcast. We will be back within the hour. It is a deal.

As we drive over to the UHaul center, that had the list of available covered trailers for 71$, Keith says he just realized he left the phone # of the guy to help move in his other jeans. And that piano IS heavy. This guy had an option to deliver to Midland, maybe that would be about the same, since we were looking at renting a trailer. Keith searches his cell and finds one of the few movers he had checked with, calls and asks the guy how much to Midland. $800. Nope, we will be doing the moving.

Inside UHaul, the personnel, 2 women and a man greet us across the store and ask us our need, Keith is getting off the phone from one of the boys and I start to describe the need for a covered trailer, then Keith picks it up.  A woman named La Crissy (yes we are in West Texas) asks when, we say  “Now”.  She says ” Not gonna happen, there are none available, we should have reserved.

I say ” The site says you have them available.”

LaCrissy ” That site ain’t right.”

Keith is now asking about lifts/dollies and such

The man asks what we are moving.

La Crissy is explaining Tech students are moving mid term.  ” There is nutting to rent, we should have reserved.”

“A Piano.”

I am getting miffed at the LaCrissy spouting unhelpful things.

The guy begins to explain we really would want a trailer with a ramp,  and the un covered short one may work.

We are talking to him and out loud about the weather and if it going to actually rain, and we have flatbed at home,….

La Crissy interrupts the guy trying to help us solve our delimma and says to him “Don’t talk to them, I am taking care of this.”

My head screams “SERIOUSLY??” I bite my tongue and growl instead of saying “what the F chick?” I turn around and mumble obscenities as I leave the store and Keith and start searching out other rental places in town.  I find another UHaul with the uncovered trailer, that has a fold down back/ramp and it still does not look like rain, we have a tarp just in case.  I text the guy and say it will be more like 3 before we can get things worked out. I go in and tell Keith I have found a trailer. He has just finished a second attempt with La Crissy, and been put on a list for them to find him one. Keith says he got a call from Lee, it is raining in Midland.  Lee found a covered trailer at U Haul in Levelland and Brownfield. Keith calls about door height, decides the piano won’t fit, with dolly underneath, per measurement he remembered that the piano dude told him. Keith grumps about getting a flat bed when we have one at home… It starts to sprinkle.

We drive across town, they have a covered like we just gave up, in the lot, already rented. The door is taller than me, the piano would fit. We try to convince them to rent the already rented one to us and we will bring it back before it is needed in AM.  No luck.  We hook up to trailer and pull out of lot. It starts to rain.

We stop at Sutherlands to buy another tarp. I text the piano dude, ‘ 3:10’.  We come out with tarp and bungie cords, it is raining more, and it has dropped about 20 degrees. It is now 35 degrees.  We arrive at the house, the piano dude asks ” Where is the help?”

“We’re it.”

We strap the piano onto the floor dollies we brought. The men tilt and I push under. I did not get it centered the first try- Keiths foot had been in the way. They push it out. I am told as they get to the door I get to lift on back as they lift on front across threshold and down little brick step off at walk. I took off my coat and throw it back in house- Once we get to trailer, the wheels and expanded metal don’t cooperate, then the metal floor ridges hamper more pushing. As we struggle one of the guys who are repairing the fence for the new buyer of the house runs over to help. He is Navajo, from Denver, he has been in Lubbock 2 weeks, he  reeks of alcohol. The 20$ Keith gave him probably helped him stay that way.

It is raining. We are wrap and strap the piano- It a steady soft rain.  I ask Keith if we should cancel our trip to the new Costco? He said he wanted to go and the piano was covered and running down road or sitting would not be any different.

Costco was great! Found giant loaves of Udi’s Gluten free bread, and lots more goodies. As we are inside we realize that noise is the pouring rain outside.  When we get out it is still pouring.  Keith said we are eating at West Crust, to have there gluten free pizza.  I am nervous about the piano being out in all this rain and cold. Keith says it is wrapped, nothing more can be done. Have faith.  The pizza was great.

We remember we needed to pick up tamales at Pedro’s for our Christmas eve dinner, so start heading out to catch them before they close.  It is now 7 pm raining raining raining and cold. We stop for gas and Keith sends me to Auto Zone next door for a tarp. Either 5×10 or 6×12– I tell the clerk that when he asks what I need. He hands me the tarp I pay and leave.  A guy standing in the rain between AZ and the gas station asks me for money. I tell him maybe but my hands are full now. I get to Keith is under the awning, he unwraps the tarp and throws it out, it is about 5×4. The guy pulled the wrong size, no wonder it was so cheap. We cover the front half of the trailer. We give the begging guy $7 as we drive out.

The right lane of the roads are running rivers, the rain is pouring, each car that passes throws water so we can’t see till the wipers swipe twice. This is in drought stricken West Texas, on the day we are hauling a 1900 sawn oak piano 115 miles. We start reasoning on the rain letting up once we start towards home, since it moved in from south, it won’t be raining there anymore.  We pick up the tamales on the way out.  It starts to rain harder. The short tarp is flapping, in the wind that has started to blow much stronger now that we are on the highway.

Just outside  Lamesa, our halfway point stop, the tarp is only held by one front corner and is flapping like a sail. Keith slows down from the below limit of 50 to way below of 40.  He does not want to stop in the rain, the piano is still wrapped in two tarps, the top one was just extra. We will drive on to a gas station with an awning.  At the station, 2 other vehicles are tying down their cargo. It reminds me of the Grinch and his over loaded sleigh.  It is about 35 degrees and the wind is blowing now. As I stand on the wheel well and catch the rope that Keith throws me from the other side, my legs start to shake, my butt cheeks too.

We are back on the road, it has taken us an hour and a half on what normally takes minutes to drive.  It is still pouring rain. Evan calls to say he is off work and is very excited because we are finally getting some more rain in Midland. Grrrrrr.

Another hour and a half and we are finally home. Our roads are soup from all the rain, the mud squashes over the top of my boots as I open the gate. I get my car out of the garage and we back the trailer into the garage. We can’t call the boys over to help us unload after 10 PM.  We take off the short tarp, which is now much shorter and shredded. Then unhook the next extra large tarp, the tarp wrapped piano underneath is completely dry.

We prayed on the way to Lubbock. Prayed in Pei Wei. Prayed on way to mans house. Prayed in parking lot of U Haul. Prayed as we left Costco. Prayed when we ate at West Crust. Prayed as we left Lubbock. I prayed silently every time I looked back at flapping tarps.

God is amazing. In the midst of our storm He kept the piano dry. Just as the Isrealites crossed the Red Sea bed without getting mud on their feet.

My Christmas present is a gorgeous piano, something Keith had sworn he would not have. My Christmas present is God  knowing my concerns, my wants  providing just what I needed.  He did not dry up the rain, nor the roads. He did not remove the obstacles. The La Crissy’s of the world. Yet the results are exactly what I needed. IMG_0084

God does not remove all the sins, all the obstacles of this world.  He did provide a way  for us, to prosper and not be ashamed. He provided a Salvation in the midst of a storm.   One way, Jesus Christ, His one and only Son, born as a babe laying in a manger.

The Masterpiece

Yes He is THE Masterpiece. Don’t wait for better, there is no better. Don’t wait. There may be no tomorrow.

The Masterpiece

By Michael Youssef, Ph.D.

There is a story about a wealthy man and his only son who travelled the world together collecting priceless paintings by Van Gogh, Monet and many other masters. Tragically, the son died at war while rescuing others. Distraught and lonely, the old man dreaded the upcoming Christmas day.

Christmas morning, a young soldier knocked on his door and said, “I’m a friend of your son. I’m one of the ones he rescued.” Then the soldier presented a picture he had painted of the son. Though the picture lacked genius, the brokenhearted father saw the features of his precious son and immediately valued this painting above all the masterpieces in his home. Every day, the father gazed at the portrait and told his housekeeper of his great love for it.

When the father died, the art world buzzed with excitement over the sale of his…
