Inconceivable- CPS

CPS is corrupt. CPS is taking children from parents daily under the pretense of ‘protecting’ the child. CPS falsifies records, invents stories, manipulates truths, commits perjury in the courts, in order to steal children from their homes.

Why does CPS take children :

job security,
$5000+ bonuses for adoptions,
other payoffs from those who ‘get’ the children,
They believe they are above reproach, and have been given the power
child sex trafficking

How is this happening? In the United States, by a government sect? This cant be really happening? CPS has to prove beyond a reasonable doubt there is abuse/neglect before they remove a child, right? Why isn’t this on the news? Wouldn’t the government stop it if it were happening? This is inconceivable. This cant be true.

But it is.

Children are being removed from homes. Parents rights are being terminated. Young children are being adopted out, to families that usually have good intentions. CPS gets big money for every adoption that is completed. Older children are being put in foster homes, because they are harder to place, for their issues. Their issues are some label of mental illness, they are medicated, no one wants to adopt a mentally unstable tween or teen. If these kids do have issues, it is the trauma from being removed from their families, they don’t need medication, they need comfort, they need their families. These older kids are in foster homes. The foster homes receive funds from CPS, the more kids the more money. Then there is the child trafficking, what better commodity than a tween girl on mind altering drugs who has no parents to intervene- These kids just disappear into ‘the system.’

HOW does no one know this?

The parents, the families involved in this are not heard, they are dismissed, because of the ‘kind of people’ they are. ( I am not being condescending to the parents, the condescension is towards those who won’t hear) They have no money to get a lawyer, so they have court appointed. Not that court appointed are not lawyers, but many are just going through the motions. Some will fight for the parent, but they have so many cases, They represent parents or children, depends on what the judge assigned . They don’t get paid enough to get into the details of the case, so they just represent for the 12 month pre designated time, maybe longer with extensions,.Remind the parents to do the services, even though they are not guilty, just to get the kids back. Which some do, but not with out repercussions. Others, do not get their kids, even though they do all they should, because CPS makes more money adopting out the kids than the lawyer does defending the parent.

The parents, the situations, that ‘got the kids taken’ are sometimes not something you would see on Ozzy and Harriet. More like Shameless. Alcohol, drugs, DUI, divorce, boyfriend, girlfriend, child’s father, incarcerated, paternity testing, spousal abuse, dirty home, low income, unemployed, all of these come up in court reports, describing past and present. So these parents and grandparents, when they are shouting and crying and ranting about their children being taken by CPS… Most of US think, ‘Well yeah, looks like the kids are better off.” Thing is, we are wrong. None of the things listed above are reason to remove a child, none of those things are abuse or neglect. Its not perfect, but it is what this family has. And if we are honest most of those things happen behind some our white picket fences. The reason CPS doesn’t go for the white picket fence kids, is because they would find a lawyer. They have a car to sell or a house to sell in order to pay the lawyer. These parents have nothing, so they have no way to fight back.

Sometimes there is a removal for physical abuse on the child. Not as much as they want us to think though. I sat in family court for 30 hours, none of the cases I listened to were of abuse. Sadly the abuse we, the public, hear about is when it has gone too far, it is obvious by the dead or maimed child. These cases are not going to be prevented, CPS does not get involved with these kids until it is too late. Either CPS doesn’t want to get involved with the violence, the messed up kid and they ignore it. Or they won’t know about it till after the abuse. The kids that are being removed for ‘abuse’ are usually reports from somewhere else, a teacher, a neighbor, a pissed off in law. The thing with abuse, defined by CPS, is too undefined. So CPS can site possible abuse, for a scratch or a bruise that may or may not have been inflicted by a parent disciplining a child and file for immediate emergency removal of the child, and all siblings in the home. If the other siblings will be lucrative moves for CPS. Did you know if a child tells a teacher he got a whooping from his dad, the teacher is justified, if not obligated (depends of CPS influence at school) to call CPS? Technically the school is guardian of your child at school and they have the right to call CPS, doctor whomever, without consulting you. Schools are pretty much indoctrinated by the liberal government/CPS. Any kind of report or abuse can get the child taken. There is no investigation, no court hearing, no jury, no due process. A grandmother can call in and say they saw a bruise or suspect, maybe thinking they will get the kid, when they take em away from the parents. CPS just hears ‘that kind of people’ and now have a source for a bonus. If the child is school aged CPS shows up at school gets the kid to say “Daddy spanks me when he is mad and it hurts a lot” then they go to the judge file an emergency removal. Little Johnny and his baby sister are removed from the home and Dad is arrested for abuse and Mom too for not reporting the abuse. All for the one swat Johnny received for lying to his mom about throwing the ball in the house and hitting his sister in the head.

CPS is not for the best interest of the child. This is a term they inject into all the court reports and verbal argument “for the best interest of the child”, … his parent must have drug testing regularly (even though drug use is not an issue) the parent must complete abuse/anger management (even though abuse was not an issue) the parents must go to marriage counseling and parenting classes (even if that not issue). CPS needs to inspect the home to see if it is adequate, (when prior to them interfering the home was not an issue). The child needs to be placed with a non relative so to not cause family stress (like not being able to sleep in your own bed is not stress). If placed with Kin, before termination CPS will not subsidize the grandparent. For the best interest of the child? After termination if the grandparent is allowed to adopt then they can get some funds. So does CPS. Never does CPS want grandparents to be guardians and parents not terminated. They claim because the parents won’t support the kids. Well, the parents don’t support the kids with they are terminated. The reason is, CPS makes no money if the children are not adopted out, (they get some for fostering them too, if anything job security).

CPS is SUPPOSED to provide intervention and treatment sources for the families, before removing the children. They do not. CPS is to always have reunification as the goal if removal does occur. They do not. CPS is supposed to present the facts, to the judge. They do not. CPS is supposed to be working for the child’s best interest. They do not.

It is hard to believe. Inconceivable. CPS really is abusing families. CPS is lying in courts. Committing perjury. They are destroying families. They are taking children with no justification. These stories on Twitter and Facebook and all social media of parents telling of the horror of having their kids removed by OUR GOVERNMENT are true. Some of the judges know, some of them are as clueless as you. They believe what CPS is telling them, they should be able to trust CPS, right? Don’t know what they don’t know. Search ‘corrupt CPS’. Hundreds of families have lost children to CPS, some children have died in the foster homes, all have different stories, but CPS has done the same thing to all of them. Stolen their children, with no legal right.

Next time I will tell you how I got involved in all of this. And it is NOT because I had a child removed.

America Flushes

We all have that friend that asks us to take of our shoes when we come into their home. Or it may be you that asks that of your guests. If going to a Catholic funeral or wedding, the Protestant will kneel and leave out lines of the Lord’s prayer to respect their fellow catholic. When traveling to Uganda the women refrained from pants wearing, as prostiitues do there, so not to offend those we were ministering with. My brother learned the cultural differences of the Chinese on his business trips so as to show respect. Why does America not expect the same consideration from those coming to America, those who claim they want to be American citizens?

America is a melting pot of every nation in this world. For more than 200 years we have been blending cultural ways, food, celebrations, religion, dress, architecture, traditions. America has evolved into all that is because of all of these different cultures coming together. Horse and buggies, cars, trains, planes. Indoor plumbing, electricity, telephone, internet. Telegraphs to communicating through a watch on your arm. We are always moving forward.

Until now.

If you have been been in public bathrooms, male or female, in West and South Texas, border towns, border states, New Mexico, anywhere there is a prolific amount of Mexicans you will find trash cans beside the toilets, or in the stalls. These are filled with feces covered toilet paper, and they reek.

This is a product of political correctness and the open border. Crap.

Did you know Mexicans from Mexico do not flush their paper? Septic, waste disposal, is sub par in Mexico, because it is truly a third world country. The septics are basically holes in the ground and they don’t want to fill em up with paper, so they wipe and put the waste paper anywhere but the toilet. When they come to America they continue their substandard hygeine practices. They wipe and will not flush the paper. If they have no trash can, they will throw it on the floor. Brilliant. Who in their right mind would think the alternative, to not having a trash can, would be throw it on the floor, when you could just FLUSH IT, with the rest of the crap?

Businesses with public bathrooms have started providing these trash cans so their employees do not have to clean up the mess at the end of the day. Which is understandable, I suppose. I know when I was a kid working at a pizza joint, I would have had a HUGE problem cleaning up peoples crap paper.

Recently I have been traveling. On trip to Colorado and another to Corpus Christi. Colorado does not have many Mexico Mexicans, so no trash cans next to toilets. Some of the small West Texas and southern New Mexico businesses did, especially those whose patrons are majority Mexican. Most every convenient store on the way to Corpus had the trash cans reeking and holding skid marked paper. GROSS!

These businesses should post (in spanish) that all papers except feminine … should be flushed. EL FLUSHO CACA PAPER. Remove the trash cans. This is truly unsanitary. It is a health hazard. The health department should stop this. Fine the business. They shut em down for having cockroaches and rodents, for the feces they leave. At least make the immigrants flush theirs.

My husband is a manager of a large plant and had to deal with this same issue from workers not born and raised in America. The HR representative was concerned it would offend ‘them’ if a trash can was not provided, because it was their culture to do that. After much discussion they decided it was actually a health issue for those having to handle the trash. It was hazardous waste. The employees were told to flush their paper, end of issue.

Culture is what we believe, how we live, what and how we celebrate. It is also, by definition shared attitudes values goals and practices. What one does with their used toilet paper is not cultural. Even if it was, this is America, and we FLUSH.

News Flash

Does anyone remember when the source of knowing what was going on in the world was the newspaper, which had a morning and evening delivery? Then the television had news, with Walter Cronkite and others like he, telling us the news morning, noon and evening. Just the news. Radio was the away from home source for news. All had news, what was happening, headlines of what we missed during the night. Maybe some of it was slanted, or biased, but most was the news. The information. Given to the people to discern for themselves what it meant. Little of it had anything to do with the private lives of others. Just the facts that were pertinent to us.

Not anymore. We have computers, smartphones, smartwatches. Social media allows news affiliates, and any person who has an opinion,thought or fact, shares to all who are ‘signed up’. The problem is, too many people consider their thoughts and opinions are fact. And the same too many do not know the difference between a thought and an opinion.

A great many people mistake opinions for thought. Herbert V. Prochnow

News media has lost sight of fact and opinion. They get a few facts and decide what in their opinion will draw ratings and fabricate the rest. Which essentially is lying.

Trumps Weeds

Read this and then come back….. This article is of the phenomena of supporters of Donald Trump, especially those who are Christians.

Trumpsters are an enigma. A great deal of them are what I label as wrestle mania people. People who watch WWF and think that it is real. The Joe Dirts of the world. These people usually do not have an over abundance of money. They don’t usually have an education, beyond the basic, high school a little bit of college or tech school, not PHD types. They are smart and can figure most everything out, without that piece of paper. Yet, they equate themselves with Donald Trump. This is is the paradox . Trumpsters are family people. Loyal to their country. They teach their kids manners, to say “yes sir” and “please” and “thank you”. These people will pull over and help change flat tire for you. Take you to the gas station. They will give you money in the checkout line if you are short a few dollars. And they support Trump, who is brass, classless, unrefined. He himself is not highly intelligent. He does not give anything away unless he can get double back. Family values mean nothing to him. Trumpsters see all of his loudness and idiocy as bravery. All of his money making, and ‘investing’ as having business know how. Trumpsters just hear the words he yells and think he is saying something, because he says he is. Trumpsters don’t really understand big government, socialism, or the constitution being for the people’s protection from the government. Trump doesn’t either. Trumpsters think he is speaking their language . They don’t realize he is just a car salesman who has learned how to talk like them. To make the sale. They don’t know he wouldn’t spend 10 minutes in the same room with them because he deems himself much better than everyone else on this planet. That he is truly not a good person.

The End is Closer than Yesterday

“But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come: For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good, traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, having a form of godliness but denying its power. People have been crying out “ The End is Near!” for decades, but this description of last days seems to describe now.

I am not saying tomorrow, nor that it can not get worse, but I do believe we are in those last days.

We are definitely closer today, than yesterday.

Lovers of ourselves. We have been indoctrinated to believe we must put ourselves first. Love everything about ourselves. We are not to accept any criticism nor give any. We demand everything to be our way, for me myself and I, because of the color of our skin and or our sexual desires. No one is to question their ‘inner self’ no matter how stupid it sounds. To love oneself above others, it is the goal. Be what makes YOU happy. . If YOU don’t work for you, change who you are, your body, your looks, your gender. Bruce Jenner has become a hero because he dresses like a girl. Today if you don’t like having 2 hands and think you should only have 1, then cut one off. And then you can love yourself. Do You Know an Ars When You See One?

The emperors new clothes was written by Hans Christiaan Anderson in 1837, it is based on a a medieval spanish story written in 1335 . And that story was probably written before then. Not much has changed, under the sun.

The story is of a a king who really did not give a flip about being a ‘good’ king he just wanted to be a good looking king. Most of the people around him pretty much treated him like a king, floundering all over him, telling him he is awesome, totally kissing his royal ars. No one ever condradicted nor stood for what they themselves believed in, or even had a belief beyond what the king told them to believe. The awe of the king, his money, what he said he was was all they needed to worship him. They always hoped that if they kissed enough of his royal ars, he would bless them with less taxes, or hire them to work in the castle. They never really received anything from him, he was really just about himself. He was king. He had the power to do as he wished, and he convinced everyone around him that was all they needed, him and his wonderful self. Of course there were some who realized this king was useless. Many did not care for him at all, yet no one would ever stand up and say anything about the king or to the king when he was wrong, for fear of being ostracized by all the other people or worse, put in prison. Though there was no law stating you had to agree with the king always.

Some tailors came to the kingdom and heard of the vanity and stupidity of this fool of a king and conspired to make some money. They explained to the king they had magical clothe that was the rage of all the other kings. It was only visible to those who were highly intelligent. Stupid people could not see it. The king could not see it. Not wanting to appear as stupid as he was he lied and said he did see it. He then ordered the men to make him something extroidenary to wear. They did ;).

The king explained to all of his ministers and such of this magical cloth, so they too feigned intelligence and said it was a glorious outfit, as the king modeled. Allowing them to see his royal ars in all of it’s glory, they kissed it all the more. The king of course saw himself as naked, as they did. Neither admitting they were not intelligent.

The fool of a king, in all of his royal stupidity, decided he should take himself out into the kingdom and parade himself all about, in his new clothes. His vanity, and foolishness had taken all reason from him. He who thought he was better than everyone, because he was king and had lots of money, wanted to go out and show off his clothes, that only wise people could see, that even he himself could not see. (Narcasist)

Of course none of those around him who are looking for handouts, and ratings, had the character to take the poor idiot aside and explain the truth. So a parade was made.

In the parade, all the townsfolk play along, not wanting to appear stupid, for they each think the next guy must see something they don’t, as well as the king. For who would be so stupid as to walk around naked in the streets and make a fool of themselves? A child in the crowd, who had the courage and character to speak the truth for what it is, exclaimed. “But he is naked, he has no clothes on”. This bravery, to speak the truth takes hold and the crowd begins to proclaim the same as the child. The emperor? He believes the child is probably correct, that he has been duped. He continues though to parade through the streets, lying to himself and allowing those who are too weak to admit they are following a fool, to kiss his royal ars.

Hillary Clinton. A Woman, wife of a philandering US president. Lawyer. Senator and Secretary of State. Stole $200,000 worth of Whitehouse furnishings and art.She manipulates the law, and lies and pleads the fifth on a regular basis. Involved in voter fraud, Benghazi attack….

Barack Hussein Obama- Mr. President. – Son of a true African American. His father is an African, from Africa. His mother a white chick from Kansas. Raised in Indonesia by his step father. Anti white, anti American, anti gun, anti freedom, anti Isreal. Pro abortion, pro government control pro Muslim(brotherhood), communist. And he may be a bit gay

And what if you stand up and point out the lies, the lunacy, the fools? Ted Cruz is one of those that stands up and speaks the truth. Willing to take the insults and abuse, if that is what it takes to get the rest of us to wake up.

Cruz promised to keep speaking until he was “no longer able to stand”

Cruz stated: “I would do anything, and I will continue to do anything I can, to stop the train wreck that is Obamacare.

Cruz said that “[t]here is a liberal fascism that is dedicated to going after believing Christians who follow the biblical teaching on marriage.”

Cruz, “Those who hate Israel hate America. Those who hate Jews hate Christians. If those in this room will not recognize that, then my heart weeps. If you hate the Jewish people you are not reflecting the teachings of Christ. And the very same people who persecute and murder Christians right now, who crucify Christians, who behead children, are the very same people who target Jews for their faith, for the same reason”.

The Democrats the Republicas(GOP) the Media all don’t like Ted.They critisize him for speaking up, telling the truth. For not following the man made rules, the protocol. He bothers them because, he says ” The emporer has no clothes.” Making them, and the emporer look like fools they are.

The God of Peace Be With You

Phillipians4:4Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, rejoice. 5 Let your reasonableness be known to everyone. The Lord is at hand; 6 do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. 7 And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

Have you witnessed the peace that passes understanding? Those who have had husbands, wives, children die and they quote scripture and speak of the joy the loved one is experiencing, and the day of being reunited. The one with a terminal disease who is more hopeful and joyful than you, (whose only complaint today is too long a wait at the grocery store). Have you wondered on, or even criticized another for their lack of distress at the loss? The world tells us we should wail, and beat our chests. We should stop eating, singing laughing, living, when we have trials. The world says we should be overcome by this world that comes against us. Yet God tells us to rejoice in the Lord.Always.

26 years ago between September and December of 1989 my reasonableness was questioned.

September 23, our third son was born with Pierre Robin Sequence. In Midland they were clueless as to what to do with him choking on his tongue when he cried, so they decided to tie his tongue down. Turns out the surgeries they did in the first 2 days of his life actually did him more harm than the tongue in the way did.

Our second son, who was 5 ,at this time was having what we called attacks, he had been having these since he was 2. He would go pale, his heart would race and pound so hard you could see it in his little chest. He would not be able to move for a few hours, for the pain. (5 years later found it was esophagus spasm aggravation from Celiac disease) Every 2 weeks we would race to the ER to meet the pediatrician who would scratch his head and send us home till the next time.

The Midland doctors insisted we gavage feed Evan, running a tube through his nose and pump in the milk. Not being able to breast feed, I pumped, for about 5 weeks, until I realized the big boys needed mom time more than Evan needed breast milk.

Evans specialist/surgeon was in Dallas, a 5 hour drive from home. He was an excellent doctor, and probably reason Evan still here today, but ….. The instruction he gave us on the care of Evan,when he untied the unnecessary tongue adhesion. Until his chin grew and he became strong enough for cleft surgery “ Lay him on his stomach, so he does not choke on that(tongue) and hope he keeps breathing.”

Keith worked graveyard shift at the Post office. Leaving me each night to put everyone to bed, and wake too often alone to see if the baby was still breathing.

Just after delivering the baby, while still in the hospital I had my tubes tied. The last trimester of the pregnancy I had a HORRIBLE chest cold and cough. The air they pumped in during surgery put too much pressure on my ribs that had been weakened from the coughing. I sneezed and cracked a rib, the week after I delivered.

Then, six weeks after Evan was born, on November 1, my brother, Kirk, fell in his driveway and hit his head. He died 2 days later. We dropped our older boys off at a friends house, and drove to Austin, sat in the waiting room of ICU for 2 days, with family and friends, and Evan laying on his stomach in a stroller. We said goodbye, until we meet again, to Kirk on November 3, drove home to get boys and drive to funeral ‘at home’ in Lubbock.

We moved to a new home by Christmas and hosted that for all the family. Mom and Dad and brother Mike and Kirk’s fiance. Evan was not thriving well, he could not eat and breath at the same time, and burned everything he took in trying to breath. I stupidly agreed to his first immunizations, and he had a horrible reaction the the DPT and MMR-

A couple of days after Christmas, the boys were playing with a new friend across the street, Lee came running in the house screaming Brian was hurt, bad. A little Tikes car had fallen on him.He had a compound fracture of his arm- both bones. (he had weak bones from that damned undiagnosed celiac)

Sometime during this time of tribulation, I was in conversation with my still mourning mom, she voiced a concern my cousin had for me. My cousin herself had been through some stress, a divorce, a move, a job change, and per some counseling advice and a Readers Digest article, I was due a nervous breakdown According to the experts having more than 3 major life changes, good or bad, you were in danger. I had at least 10, mostly bad, which got you more points.

I look back at this time, and about a year beyond of a bit more and remember the sadness, but not despair. I remember the loss of dreams, and even some hope, but not faith. I know I prayed for healing of my brother, and cried the healing was not for us to experience. I remember my concern for my children’s health even the fear of losing them, yet never afraid. I cried, I sobbed, I questioned why. I prayed. Yet I never panicked. Never did I lose my mind, my heart, my strength. I was actually stronger then,than I think I ever was. I had THAT peace.

8 Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things. 9 What you have learned and received and heard and seen in me—practice these things, and the God of peace will be with you.

Evan has something about him that blesses those who know him. Celiac is EASY to fix, just don’t eat wheat and we are healthy. All of grandchildren who have Celiac have not had to endure the illness and damages from undiagnosed Celiac, as Brian did.

Brian is a healthy strong brilliant godly husband and father. Bones heal.Heck, all my boys are Godly Men!

Kirk’s daughter is a gorgeous successful mother of 2 daughters.

Evan choked on food when he was 10 months, and because I had gavage fed him I was able to assist the paramedics in finding his airway, when they could not.

Evan was almost 9lbs when he was born, this weight sustained him during the time he could not eat well.

I am an expert on gluten free living, and have somewhat of an income from that.

In all things, even the most heartbreaking, I can rejoice. Tribulation is for a moment, and that peace that passes human understanding is eternal in Him.
